Wind farm and solar energy construction sites are dynamic and complex working environments.

With aerial and underground operations occurring simultaneously, there are many potential hazards that our crews encounter. We reinforce safety and risk management through mandatory training and skill-level improvement programs. We continuously work to improve our safety training and management programs, to hold every team member accountable and to ensure we hold ourselves to a higher standard.

Safety starts long before we set foot on a job site. We review potential concerns while reviewing proposals, we evaluate terrain to prepare for possible hazards, and we ensure that as crews mobilize each day, they review how they can work safely. We continually reinforce the importance of working safe and working smart.
